Order Confirmation:

For all email orders, an order confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of your order. Please ensure you have provided a valid email address to receive order confirmations.

 

Shipping Confirmation:

A shipping confirmation email will be sent upon shipment of your order.

 

Order and Shipping Information:

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of confirmation. If a product is unavailable for shipping within a timely manner you will be notified by email. You must inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

Order Return:

All returned orders are subject to approval by Changeyoursink.com. Restocking fees may apply. Product returns will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery unless qualify for annual stock rotation.

If a product is refused for any reason, other than shipping damage, it will be treated as a return and subject to applicable restocking fees and freight.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RGA). An RGA will only be issued within 30 days from the product being delivered. Contact changeyoursink@gmail.com to request an RGA.

 

All returns must meet the following guidelines:

• All returned merchandize must be in original
• The product/s must be new and in resalable condition, not previously installed or used as
• There must be no writing on the packaging unless changeyoursink.com representative advised you to do
• The partner is responsible for the cost of return freight and must fully insure the

 

Cancellation

The order becomes effective only after it is accepted by changeyoursink.com. An order may be cancelled prior to the ship date; for cancellations after the shipping date, the Returns Policy takes effect.

Prices

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice at any time prior to acceptance of the order and receipt of full payment by changeyoursink.com. All payments must be in U.S. funds.

 

Taxes

All orders shipped to state of Florida will be charged the applicable Florida sales tax unless it is considered a wholesale order. Buyer agrees to provide EIN and / or valid tax exempt form.

Shipping Types Standard Shipping

Changeyoursink.com partners with proven carriers that offer insurance and tracking, including: UPS, FedEx, and

USPS. All shipment times are shown in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times are subject to each carrier's daily cut-off time, and dependent upon warehouse turnaround.

• Standard Ground Shipping: 1-5 business
• Second Day Air: 2 business days after shipment
• Next Day Air: 1 business day after

 

Shipping outside the Continental United States

Shipping charges on orders shipped outside the 48 continental states are calculated by weight, size and postal code. Import fees, brokerage charges, and government taxes are not included in the shipping quotes and shipping charges do not include the above-mentioned fees. Payment of any and all additional fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Missing, Improper and Damaged Items

Customer must inform Changeyoursink.com within 5 days of delivery of any items that are missing or of any items that were not as ordered, or otherwise did not conform to the terms and conditions of the sale. If such notice is not given within 5 days of delivery, the goods shall be deemed to conform to the terms and conditions of the order. Inspection of the materials received is the customer’s responsibility. In the event that an item arrives damaged, changeyoursink.com will file an insurance claim with the designated shipping company and issue credit to customer upon resolution of claim. The customer will need to place a new order for replacement of damage goods. Customer will be responsible for keeping damaged merchandize in the original packaging material until the claim is settled. Customer may be asked to provide photographs or other proof that items were damaged and/or might be required to send merchandise back to changeyoursink.com for inspection. If the notification does not occur within the 5-day period, changeyoursink.com will not accept the damaged item claims and will not be responsible for filing any claims with the delivery courier.

 

Changeyoursink.com may alter, amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to Terms and Conditions will be effective after they have been posted to the website and will apply to all orders placed after such postings.
